Vibrahealth is the exclusive Singapore partner for BGREEN sport furniture and an authorised partner for Turtlegym equipment.

By accessing or using our website, visiting our Wellness Lounge, purchasing our products, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only, including:

- Booking appointments at our Wellness Lounge

- Making purchases (when available)

Contraindications:
Our products may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider if you:

- Have acute injuries or inflammation
- Have any condition where vibration may be contraindicated
Arterial Health Snapshot:
The arterial health snapshot offered at our Wellness Lounge is a general wellness indicator only. It is NOT a medical diagnosis and should not be used to make health decisions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
5. Bookings and Appointments
Free Trial Sessions:
We offer complimentary trial sessions at our Wellness Lounge. These sessions are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion.
Booking Confirmation:
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from our team via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Walk-Ins:
Walk-in visitors are welcome but may experience wait times. Booking ahead is recommended to ensure we can dedicate time to you.
6. Purchases and Payment
Pricing:
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation will apply.
Payment:
Payment terms will be communicated during your purchase consultation. We accept various payment methods, which will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Delivery:
Products are delivered within Singapore only. Delivery and setup are included in the purchase price for standard orders within Singapore. Specific delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Title and Risk:
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to your specified address.
7. Warranty
All BGREEN products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, administered back-to-back by Vibrahealth as the exclusive Singapore partner.
Equipment Warranty:
- uChair Series (BR1-S, BR2, BH2): 24-month warranty on motor, 12-month warranty on accessories (remote, adapter)
- uSofa: 24-month warranty on motor, 12-month warranty on accessories
- uBed: 24-month warranty on motor, 12-month warranty on accessories
Component Warranties:
- Pillows: 5-year warranty against deformation
- Mattresses (uBed): 10-year warranty against deformation
Consumables (NOT Covered):
- Leather upholstery
- Batteries
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. It does NOT cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage from improper installation (if not installed by Vibrahealth)
- Consumable items (leather, batteries)
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if valid, repair or replace the defective product or component at our discretion.
Limitation:
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Singapore law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Trial Before Purchase:
We strongly encourage all customers to try our products at the Wellness Lounge before purchasing. This helps ensure you are confident in your decision.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (furniture items that are delivered and installed in your home), we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please ensure you are satisfied with your choice before purchasing.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for repair or replacement under warranty.
Refunds:
Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- Product is confirmed defective and cannot be repaired or replaced
- Product was not delivered within the agreed timeframe (and you choose to cancel)
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software—is the property of Vibrahealth Pte Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include:
- Reproducing or distributing our content
- Modifying or creating derivative works
- Using our trademarks or logos without permission

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Vibrahealth Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our products (except where caused by our negligence)
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the relevant product or service
Exceptions:

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibrahealth Pte Ltd regarding your use of our website and services.
