Event Questions
Pricing depends on the equipment package, duration, and location. Starter packages for small events begin at accessible price points, while premium packages for large events are priced accordingly. Contact us with your event details for a customised quote—there’s no obligation.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for standard events, and 4-6 weeks for large corporate events or popular dates (like World Health Day or company anniversary celebrations). During peak wellness season, availability can be limited—book early to secure your preferred date.
Each piece of equipment needs a footprint similar to an armchair (uChair) or two-seater sofa (uSofa). We’ll need access to power outlets and ideally a quieter corner of the event space where employees can relax during their session. We’ll discuss logistics during the planning phase.
Yes. All packages include Vibrahealth team members on-site to set up, guide employees through the experience, explain the technology, and manage the flow of participants. You don’t need to provide dedicated staff—we handle the experience end-to-end.
Most employees can participate safely—the technology is gentle and low-impact. However, we advise employees with pacemakers, recent surgery, pregnancy, or acute medical conditions to consult their doctor first. We provide signage and guidance about contraindications at the event.
