WBPA stands for Whole Body Periodic Acceleration. It's a technology that moves your body in a gentle horizontal rocking motion—from head to toe—while you lie down. This smooth movement supports blood flow throughout your body and promotes deep relaxation.

WBPA operates at 90-300 RPM with approximately 4mm amplitude. It's used in our uBed and also available in the uChair BH2 (our flagship chair that combines both technologies).

Both technologies support wellness through gentle movement, but they work differently:

• WBVV (uChair, uSofa): Vertical up-and-down vibration while seated. Feels like a gentle humming. More stimulating and energising.
• WBPA (uBed, BH2): Horizontal head-to-toe rocking while lying down or reclined. Feels like smooth rocking. More relaxing and calming.

The choice depends on whether you prefer sitting or lying down, and whether you want energising stimulation or deep relaxation.

Note: The uChair BH2 is our only chair that offers BOTH technologies—you can switch between vertical (WBVV) and horizontal (WBPA) modes.

Yes, when used as directed. BGREEN sport furniture is designed to be gentle and low-impact, with vibrations that are controlled and comfortable. The technology has been developed over 15 years with input from sports medicine and wellness experts.

However, usage is not recommended for:

• Pregnant women
• Those with pacemakers or spinal implants
• Those with acute fractures or surgical wounds (within 6 months)
• Those with retinal detachment
• Those with acute inflammation or fever
• Patients with severe cardiovascular conditions

Not quite. Gym vibration plates typically require you to stand and engage your muscles actively, and they often use more intense vibrations. BGREEN sport furniture is designed for passive use—you sit or lie down comfortably while the equipment does the work. The vibrations are gentler and the experience is more relaxing than a typical gym vibration plate.

All three products are suitable for seniors. The uChair is our most popular choice for older adults because it's compact, easy to get in and out of, and delivers gentle stimulation in a seated position. For seniors who prefer lying down or find sitting uncomfortable, the uBed offers horizontal vibration in a fully reclined position. We recommend visiting our Wellness Lounge to try both and see which feels most comfortable.The BGREEN uChair is designed specifically for seated whole body vibration and is suitable for seniors.

The uSofa is designed for two people to use simultaneously—ideal for couples or family members who want to share the experience. The uChair and uBed are single-user products, but family members can easily take turns throughout the day since each session is only 15–30 minutes.

• uChair: Similar to a standard armchair. Fits easily in a bedroom corner or living room.
• uSofa: Similar to a regular two-seater sofa. Designed as a living room centrepiece.
• uBed: Similar to a single bed or chaise longue. Fits in a bedroom or study.

Every BGREEN product includes a wireless remote control, access to all vibration modes, Singapore-wide delivery, professional setup in your home, warranty coverage, and ongoing support from our team.

Programme availability varies by model:

• uChair BR1-S: 7 frequencies + 3 auto programmes
• uChair BR2 and BH2: 12 frequencies + 3 auto programmes
• uSofa and uBed: 7 frequencies + 3 auto programmes

All uChair models use BGREEN's vibration technology, but differ in capability:

• BR1-S (Essential): WBVV technology with 7 frequencies and ~2mm amplitude. Our most economical option for those starting their wellness journey.
• BR2 (Most Effective): Dual-core motor with 3mm amplitude—50% more movement than standard models. 12 programmes for maximum benefit per session.
• BH2 (Flagship): The only model with BOTH vertical (WBVV) and horizontal (WBPA) motion. Switch between energising daytime sessions and relaxing evening/sleep modes. Two technologies in one chair.

Smart control features (smartphone app and Apple HomeKit/Siri voice commands) are available as a paid upgrade for uChair BR2 and BH2 models. These features are not included as standard. Ask us about smart upgrade options during your consultation. The BR1-S and other products do not currently support smart features.

Each uChair is made to order by BGREEN and shipped directly to Singapore. This ensures you receive a freshly manufactured product—not warehouse stock. The chairs are rated for a 10-year lifespan, so the wait is worthwhile.

Most people use their equipment daily for best results—typically 15–30 minutes per session. However, there's no strict requirement. Some people use it multiple times a day, others a few times a week. The equipment is designed for regular, comfortable use that fits into your lifestyle.

No special clothing is required. Wear whatever is comfortable—casual home clothes are perfectly fine. There's no sweating involved, so you won't need to change afterwards. Some people prefer to remove their shoes for a more direct sensation, but this is optional.

Yes, we recommend drinking 200-300ml of warm water before and after your session. This helps support circulation and your body's natural processes during passive exercise.

We recommend using the equipment at least one hour before or after meals for optimal comfort. Avoid use immediately after eating.

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and direct sunlight exposure. Leather is a consumable component and is not covered under warranty, so gentle care will extend its life.

The whole visit typically takes 30–45 minutes, and there's no obligation to purchase.

Yes, please do. We encourage families to visit together—especially if you're considering a purchase for an elderly parent. This way, everyone can try the equipment, ask questions, and make a decision together. The uSofa can even be tried by two people at once.
