Instead of you moving your body, our equipment moves your body for you. Gentle vibrations travel through your muscles, stimulating them the way movement would—without requiring any physical effort on your part.

Whole Body Vertical Vibration

For sitting or standing

WBVV gently oscillates your body in an up-and-down motion while you sit or stand on the equipment. These soft vertical vibrations stimulate your muscles and support healthy circulation—without any effort from you. WBVV can be experienced with the BGREEN uChair seated whole body vibration solution.

Whole Body Periodic Acceleration

For lying down

WBPA moves your body in a gentle head-to-toe horizontal motion while you lie down. This smooth rocking movement supports blood flow throughout your body and promotes relaxation all while you rest comfortably. WBPA can be performed using the BGREEN uBed  allowing therapy while lying down.

What Happens During a Session

A typical Vibrahealth session takes just 15–30 minutes. Here's what to expect.

    BEFORE YOUR SESSION:
  •  Drink 200-300ml of warm water
  • Wait at least 1 hour after meals
  • Wear comfortable clothing (no special attire needed)

Get Comfortable

Sit on the uChair or uSofa, or lie down on the uBed. There’s no special clothing or preparation needed—just make yourself comfortable.

Choose Your Mode

Use the simple remote to select your preferred mode: Relaxation, LOHAS, or Stress Relief. Each mode offers different vibration patterns to suit your needs.

Relax

That’s it. Read a book, watch TV, close your eyes, or simply enjoy the sensation. The equipment does the work while you rest.

Feel the Difference

During your first week of regular use, you may notice mild sensations as your body adjusts. These typically subside within the first week. Start with 15-minute sessions and gradually increase to 30 minutes.

The sensations are subtle, not intense. There’s no discomfort, no sweating, and no heavy breathing. If anything, most people find it surprisingly pleasant.
