Q5: What's the difference between vertical (WBVV) and horizontal (WBPA) modes?

WBVV (Vertical): Up-and-down vibration that stimulates muscles and supports circulation. More energising. Available on all models.
WBPA (Horizontal): Head-to-toe rocking motion that promotes blood flow and relaxation. More calming. Available on DL1 and DL1-S models only.

On DL1/DL1-S, you can use both modes—vertical for daytime energy, horizontal for evening relaxation.

Q6: Is the uSofa noisy?
