Methodology Notes
Modest evidence base: 7 RCTs and 174 total participants is a real but limited sample โ a meaningful signal, not yet a large or fully mature body of evidence.
"Long-term" refers to repeated training, not a single session: the authors' conclusion describes the intervention as long-term WBV training (i.e., a structured programme of repeated sessions), not an immediate or one-off vibration effect.
Arterial stiffness is a vascular-ageing research parameter, not a diagnosis.
